Dieses Projekt beschäftigt sich vor allem mit der Rolle und der Wirksamkeit von beruflicher Bildung und Training in der nationalen Humanressourcenentwicklung. Das Projekt bezieht sich auf die Tatsache, dass in letzter Zeit die Stärkung von Beschäftigungsfähigkeit im Bereich der nationalen Beschäftigungspolitik und in den strategischen Dokumenten, die für die europäische Beschäftigungspolitik relevant sind, verfeinert wurde.
 
 
This project gives special attention to the role and efficiency of vocational education and training within the concept of the national human resources development. In its orientation, the project refers very strongly to the matter of fact that strengthening employability through VET systems has been emphasised in all documents, recently elaborated in the field of active national employment policy and in the strategic documents relevant to European Employment Policy.
