his projekt transfers the innovativ products from LdV pilot projects "Vital" and "Aphro" into other fields of vocational further education of trainers. The main problem of the project: a lot of the conventional vocational tainings and activity fields of people services are adjoining to the wellness- and health market.
This two pilot projects analysed the different structures of users as well as their expectations for competences with regard to wellness and health support, they recognized a high pressure of traning and further education especially for people services. There are no adequate offers for trainers and teacher, to develop themselves in the sector of health support, wellness and care. Therefore the trainers and educators need offers of further education in the most important sectors.
