Das Projekt intendiert die Generierung und die Entwicklung einer Methodologie und Instrumenten, die Trainingsanbieter, Unternehmen (speziell KMU) und anderen Teilhabern die Evaluation der Umwegrentabilität von Investitionen in Bildung zu ermöglichen.

The project is intended to conceive and develop a methodology and a set of tools allowing training providers, companies (especially SMEs) and other stakeholders to evaluate the return (skills, performance, turnover, organisation structure) of training investments.
