In diesem Projekt werden experimentelle Kooperationsmöglichkeiten zwischen Arbeitgeber- und Arbeitnehmerinteressensvertretungsorganisationen getestet, welche Vermeidung von chronischen Gelenksentzündungserkrankungen (RSI) in den Branchen der textilverarbeitenden Industrie zum Ziel haben. Dabei werden direkt am Arbeitsplatz Informations- und Lernumgebungen geschaffen, welche einen entsprechenden Wissenstransfer sowie krankheitsvorbeugende Maßnahmen ermöglichen.

 
The purpose of the project is to investigate and experiment on the potential opportunities for trade unions and employer organisations in Europe to assume the role of key actors in furthering the development of systems that can provide an infrastructure for learning and acquisition of knowledge in the area of Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) and its avoidance.
