EKC (Leonardo) - European Key Competencies

The goals of the project include: a transnational contribution to the integration of key competences in vocational qualification structures; a contribution to the employability of less qualified employees; the development of a strategy to identify relevant key competences; and the development of an IT-based tool to measure key competences.

Die Ziele dieses Projektes sind: ein transnationaler Beitrag zur Integration von Schlüsselqualifikationen in beruflichen Qualifikationsstrukturen; ein Beitrag zur Beschäftigungsfäfigkeit von gering qualifizierten Arbeitnehmer; die Entwicklung einer Strategie, um relevante Schlüsselqualifikationen zu identifizieren; und die Entwicklung eines Instruments auf der Basis von IT, um Schlüsselqualifikationen zu messen.
